Rape Crisis Scotland Helpline

Rape Crisis Scotland offers short term support to people of all genders, living in Scotland aged 13+ who have been affected by sexual violence. They support survivors, as well as family, friends and supporters and can arrange for free language interpreters, including British Sign Language

Shout is a free, confidential, anonymous text support service for anyone struggling to cope and needs to talk. You can text Shout from wherever you are in the UK, at any time, day or night.  

Breathing Space

Free, confidential, phone service for anyone in Scotland over the age of 16 experiencing low mood, depression or anxiety.
